Then if a suitable property comes onto the market you are able to make a quick decision and avoid being pipped at the post. When you first contact us, we will determine what range of property is available within your price band and our locally based staff will be able to advise you about schools, public transport, shops and local amenities.

When you have found a property you would like to buy, call us and we will submit your offer to the vendor and ensure all arrangements are in place to make buying your new home as quick and trouble free as possible. Exchange of contracts occurs when both parties have signed and become legally committed to the transaction, at that time the legal representatives will then agree a completion date when the property becomes yours.
